Adscarry.us is a US-focused online classifieds platform that allows individuals and businesses to post, discover, and communicate about listings across categories such as property, vehicles, mobile phones, electronics, jobs, services, pets, home and kitchen, and other permitted categories.

Adscarry provides the technology and digital infrastructure that enables users to publish listings, discover opportunities, communicate with other users, and connect with potential buyers, sellers, renters, employers, service providers, and other parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Adscarry is not the buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, dealer, employer, employee, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, or other party to transactions or agreements between users.

Users are responsible for evaluating listings, verifying information, conducting appropriate due diligence, and making their own decisions before entering into any transaction or agreement.

You may use Adscarry.us only if you are legally capable of entering into agreements under applicable law.

If you are under the age required to independently enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

By using Adscarry.us, you represent that:

When posting a listing, you are responsible for ensuring that the listing is:

• Accurate and reasonably complete.
• Genuine and not misleading.
• Lawful under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Posted in the correct category.
• Current and updated when material information changes.
• Free from fraudulent or deceptive claims.
• Respectful of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and other third-party rights.

You must have the legal right, ownership, permission, license, or other authority necessary to advertise the item, property, vehicle, service, job, or opportunity.

Adscarry may review, reject, restrict, edit where appropriate, or remove listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, category requirements, or our safety policies.

Adscarry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, quality, safety, legality, condition, availability, or reliability of user-generated listings.

The appearance of a listing, account, business profile, verification badge, or other indicator on Adscarry does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

Users should independently verify relevant information before:

• Making a payment or deposit.
• Purchasing a product or vehicle.
• Renting or purchasing property.
• Accepting employment.
• Hiring a service provider.
• Signing a contract.
• Providing sensitive personal information.
• Entering into any other agreement.

You may not use Adscarry.us to advertise, offer, request, sell, purchase, promote, distribute, facilitate, or otherwise engage in products, services, activities, or content that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited content and activities include, without limitation:

• Sexual services or unlawful sexually exploitative content.
• Child sexual abuse material or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Unlawful gambling, betting, or related services.
• Pirated or unauthorized copyrighted material.
• Products or services that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Protected wildlife or prohibited wildlife products.
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities.
• Listings intended to defraud, impersonate, manipulate, or deceive users.
• Phishing links, malicious websites, malware, or harmful software.
• Fake employment opportunities or recruitment scams.
• Content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Any other category or activity prohibited by Adscarry policies.

Adscarry may establish additional restrictions for specific categories.

Adscarry does not permit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person, business, organization, or government entity.
• Create fake or deceptive accounts.
• Publish fraudulent or intentionally misleading listings.
• Misrepresent ownership, authority, condition, authenticity, availability, or material facts.
• Manipulate prices or offers to deceive users.
• Fraudulently request deposits, advance payments, transfers, or other payments.
• Send phishing or deceptive payment links.
• Request passwords, OTPs, verification codes, or financial credentials.
• Upload or distribute malware.
• Facilitate money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
• Manipulate or circumvent Platform systems, moderation, rankings, or security measures.

Adscarry may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and take other appropriate action where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Transactions initiated through Adscarry are generally negotiated and completed directly between users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular Adscarry service, Adscarry is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the performance of either party.

Before completing a transaction, users should independently verify:

• The identity of the other party.
• Ownership and authority to sell, rent, or provide the advertised item or service.
• Product condition and authenticity.
• Vehicle history and documentation.
• Property ownership and relevant records.
• Employer or recruiter legitimacy.
• Licenses, registrations, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Price, deposits, fees, and transaction terms.
• The safety and legitimacy of the proposed payment method.

Users should exercise caution with advance payments and should never share passwords, security codes, or unnecessary sensitive financial information.

Property advertisers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right and authority to advertise a property.

Adscarry does not independently guarantee:

• Ownership or title.
• Property boundaries or measurements.
• Zoning or permitted use.
• Permits or approvals.
• Property condition.
• Availability or possession.
• Rental or sale claims.
• Investment returns or future appreciation.
• The identity or authority of a property advertiser, broker, or agent.

Users should conduct appropriate due diligence and obtain professional advice where necessary before purchasing, renting, leasing, investing in, or otherwise committing to a property.

Vehicle advertisers are responsible for providing accurate information and having the legal authority to advertise the vehicle.

Buyers should independently verify, where applicable:

• Vehicle ownership.
• Title and registration.
• VIN.
• Mileage.
• Accident and repair history.
• Mechanical and structural condition.
• Outstanding liens or other obligations.
• Inspection records.
• Vehicle history.
• Applicable state requirements.

Adscarry does not guarantee the ownership, condition, history, roadworthiness, mileage, documentation, or legal status of any vehicle listed on the Platform.

Employers, recruiters, agencies, and other users posting jobs are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, legitimate, current, and compliant with applicable law.

Adscarry does not guarantee:

• The identity or legitimacy of an employer or recruiter.
• The availability or authenticity of a job.
• Interviews or hiring decisions.
• Salary, benefits, commissions, or bonuses.
• Working conditions.
• Employment contracts.
• Immigration, visa, or relocation arrangements.

Users should research and verify employers and job opportunities before providing personal information or accepting an offer.

Be especially cautious of job listings that request money, banking credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or sensitive personal information as a condition of employment.

Adscarry may offer specialized accounts and services for businesses, dealers, agencies, recruiters, service providers, and other professional users.

Professional users are responsible for ensuring that their business information, licenses, registrations, contact information, and listings are accurate and current.

Adscarry may request additional information or documentation to verify certain accounts or businesses.

Any verification badge or professional designation does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty regarding the user's business, qualifications, financial standing, products, services, or future conduct.

Adscarry may offer optional paid features, bundles, subscriptions, featured listings, promotional placements, boost credits, advertising services, and other premium features.

Prices, duration, benefits, applicable taxes, and other terms will be displayed before purchase.

Paid promotional services may increase the visibility of eligible listings but do not guarantee views, inquiries, leads, sales, rentals, employment, or transactions.

Purchasing a promotional service does not guarantee a specific position in search results unless expressly stated for that particular service.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, fees for paid services that have already been activated, delivered, or substantially provided may be non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Adscarry, subject to the rights of third parties.

By uploading or publishing listings, photographs, videos, descriptions, documents, or other content, you grant ADSCARRY LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, process, distribute, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and promote the Platform and your listings.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

The Adscarry.us name, trademarks, logos, software, source code, Platform design, graphics, databases, interfaces, features, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ADSCARRY LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by Adscarry or applicable law, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the Platform.
• Scrape or systematically extract Platform data.
• Use bots or automated tools to collect data without authorization.
• Copy or misuse Adscarry branding.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except where legally permitted.
• Circumvent security or technical measures.
• Use Adscarry materials to falsely suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You are responsible for content you upload, publish, transmit, or share through Adscarry, including listings, photographs, videos, documents, messages, voice messages, and reviews.

You must not submit content that:

• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes third-party rights.
• Violates another person's privacy.
• Contains malware or malicious code.
• Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading.
• Is unlawfully threatening, harassing, or abusive.
• Exploits or endangers minors.
• Promotes illegal activity.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Contains spam or unauthorized promotional content.
• Violates these Terms or applicable Platform policies.

Adscarry may use manual, automated, or other moderation methods to review listings, accounts, communications, and other content.

We are not obligated to review all content before or after it appears on the Platform.

Subject to applicable law, Adscarry may:

• Approve or reject listings.
• Change listing categories.
• Limit listing visibility.
• Remove or disable content.
• Request additional verification.
• Suspend listings.
• Restrict Platform features.
• Temporarily suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.

Moderation decisions may consider user reports, automated signals, previous violations, available information, and other relevant circumstances.

Adscarry does not guarantee that all prohibited, fraudulent, inaccurate, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed immediately.

Users may report listings, accounts, messages, or other content they reasonably believe is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive, suspicious, or otherwise in violation of our Terms or policies.

When submitting a report, provide accurate information and, where available, relevant supporting details.

Submitting a report does not automatically establish that a violation has occurred.

Adscarry may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or preserving relevant information where appropriate.

Adscarry.us may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including payment providers, maps, authentication services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social networks, and other services.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Adscarry is not responsible for the independent practices, content, availability, security, or conduct of third-party services except as required by applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable Platform, but we do not guarantee that Adscarry.us will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily modify, restrict, suspend, or interrupt the Platform for:

• Information provided by a user is accurate or current.
• Any transaction or agreement will be successful.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into transactions or agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adscarry.us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, security, or completeness of user-generated content or Platform services except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADSCARRY LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from:

• Transactions or disputes between users.
• User-generated listings or communications.
• Fraudulent or misleading information provided by users.
• Actions or omissions of users.
• Losses arising from user-to-user transactions.
• Third-party services.
• Temporary Platform interruptions.
• Unauthorized account activity, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADSCARRY LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform.
• Your listings or other content.
• Your transactions or disputes with other users.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity associated with your use of the Platform.

This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Adscarry may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms.
• Protect users.
• Prevent fraud or abuse.
• Address security risks.
• Comply with legal requirements.
• Protect the integrity of the Platform.

Reasons may include fraud, prohibited activity, repeated violations, harassment, security threats, intellectual property violations, misuse of Platform systems, or attempts to evade previous restrictions.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination where permitted by law.

Adscarry may preserve or disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law, valid legal process, court order, or lawful government or law-enforcement request.

We may also preserve information when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, investigations, disputes, or legal proceedings.
